The Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMS-C) Education program is part of the Emergency Department at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. EMS-C provides training and continuing education programs to pediatric emergency care providers, including local EMS providers and agencies. Our mission is to provide exceptional educational training programs to all who provide emergency care to children.

Emergency Medical Services for Children

Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMS-C) is a national initiative designed to reduce child and youth disability and death due to severe illness and injury. Medical personnel, parents, volunteers, community groups, businesses, national organizations and foundations all contribute to the effort. A federal grant program supports state and local action.
