Child Health Symposium

Overview

Please plan to join us for this inaugural symposium April 17-18 to celebrate the opening of our new research facility and to honor Thomas F. Boat, MD, for his many contributions to child health research.

The event will be held on the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center campus at 3333 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio. Registrants will receive more details about parking and room locations in March.

The Symposium will feature presentations by 12 distinguished speakers discussing wide range of child health research topics. Participants are welcome to attend any or all sessions, and there is no charge to attend. Download the detailed agenda and listing of all presentations.

Who Can Attend

The Symposium is open to professionals, faculty and graduate students in a variety of disciplines, including medicine, biology, biomedical sciences, physiology, zoology, microbiology and related fields.

Dinner and Keynote Speech

We are pleased to feature a keynote address by Michael Katz, MD, Senior Vice President for Research and Global Programs, March of Dimes, Carpentier Professor, emeritus of Pediatrics and Professor, emeritus of Public Health, Columbia University at a dinner on Thursday, April 17.

This dinner event will be held at the National Underground Freedom Center in downtown Cincinnati.  Tickets are $30.00 ($15.00 for students), and reservations are required.  To purchase tickets, visit our registration website.
