GENECHIP" Microarray Core Fees

1. Agilent Fee
   Each sample will be run on the Agilent Bioanalyzation system to ensure the integrity of the RNA. To cover necessary reagents, there will be a fee of $25 per sample.
2. RNA Labeling Fee
   Each RNA sample will be labeled and can be hybridized to an Affymetrix microarray.

   Affymetrix/Ovation: $232.00
   Epicentre: $182.00
   Codelink: $280.00

   The labeling involves cDNA synthesis, in vitro transcription, sample clean up and quantification, and fragmentation. The labeling fee covers the cost of reagents and includes hybridization, fluidics station washing and staining, and scanning. The fee does not include the cost of the Genechip probe arrays.
3. Self-labeled samples
   For researchers choosing to label their own RNA samples, there is a $50 fee per sample to cover hybridization and fluidics station reagent costs.
4. Genechip Probe Arrays

1. Custom Resequencing
   There is a $150 custom resequencing labeling fee per sample for researchers who design their own custom resequencing arrays.
