Fees for Chips and Services

1. Quality Control Fee
   The quality of the RNA for each sample will be analyzed using the Agilent Bioanalyzer. To cover necessary reagents costs, there will be a fee of $25 per sample.
   
2. RNA Labeling Fee
   Each RNA sample will be labeled using one of the target amplification protocols. The protocols include sample amplification, the resulting product clean-up, quantification, biotin labeling and fragmentation. The labeling fee covers the cost of reagents and includes hybridization, fluidics station washing and staining, and scanning. The fee does not include the cost of the microarray. The cost per sample for each amplification protocol is included in the table located on the Target Amplification Protocols Page
3. Self-labeled samples
   For researchers choosing to label their own RNA samples, there is a $ 50 fee per sample to cover hybridization and fluidics station reagent costs.
4. Custom Resequencing
   There is a $150 custom resequencing labeling fee per sample for researchers who design their own custom resequencing array.
