Place an order with the GeneChip" Microarray Core
Once you have read the RNA preparation instructions, you can place an order online by logging into BSTS (Biological Sample Tracking System):
- Users on the CCHMC network: click here to go to BSTS (MUST use Internet Explorer)
- Users NOT on the CCHMC network: please email or call the Affymetrix Core (513-636-0290) for further instructions
First-time users: You will need to register for a new account on the BSTS login screen. An email will be sent to you when your account has been approved, along with instructions to properly configure your Internet Explorer settings.
