Investigators interested in using the Cardiovascular Imaging Core Research Laboratory should first fill out as much of the proposal form (154k) as possible in preparation to calling and meeting with Thomas R. After initial contact, an appointment will then be made with Dr. Kimball and Sandy Witt where the science and the funding of the proposed study and the scheduling logistics will be discussed in detail. Elaine A. Urbina, MD, (elaine.urbina@cchmc.org) will also attend these meetings in the case of studies involving vascular investigation.
Location
The Core's office is within the Division of Cardiology (Location C.4). Studies are performed in the case of humans within the Division of Cardiology and / or in the CCRC on the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Winslow campus. Animal studies are performed in the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Research Building.
