ConCisE Scanner
ConCisE Scanner (Conserved Cis-Element Scanner) is a web-based genome-wide ortholog conserved cis-element module search engine. The scanner works as an aspect of the Genome TraFac database and allows researchers to view the number of shared TF binding sites in a window of 200 base pairs between the two sequences that are compared.
