Movie 1. A short axis view of the heart at mid-gestation, from a control fetus. The papillary muscles can be identified in the LV, while the more predominant hypertrophy can be seen in the RV.
Movie 2. PA short-axis view of the fetal heart from a fetus with compensatory LVH, showing the severe LV hypertrophy, especially of the LV free wall.
