Child Advocacy Center
The Mayerson Center for Safe and Healthy Children at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is located in a 7,200 square foot facility located on the fifth floor of the Albert B. Sabin Education Center (Location D) that opened in October 2000. The Child Advocacy Center (CAC) is located within the Mayerson Center as the new home for the Child Abuse team. The CAC provides a child-friendly setting in which the many professionals involved in the evaluation and investigation of child abuse allegations coordinate their efforts to minimize the stress for the child and family and maximize the quality of the evaluation.
