Purpose

1. Provide "scale up" process development and cGMP compliant cell processing services for production of cell and gene therapy-based therapeutic agents for phase I and phase II clinical trials.

2. Provide a cleanroom for controlled environment process development.

Processes Applicable to the CML Validated Cleanroom

  • CD34 Cell Selection
  • Gene Transfer into Hematopoietic Stem Cells
  • Manipulation of any human tissue/cells for re-infusion/transplantation in compliance with Good Tissue Practice guide
  • Additional lineage enriched populatons by specific request

Fee Structure

Fees for services are negotiated on an individual protocol basis.

Additional Information

This is a validated cleanroom facility that can be used to produce a variety of cell therapy products for clinical trial use. Lease arrangements are possible.
