On behalf of the Cincinnati Children's Research Foundation's Divisions of Experimental Hematology, Immunobiology, and Hematology/Oncology we invite you to participate in the 7th Midwest Blood Club Meeting
Dear Colleagues,
New discoveries are continuously challenging the area of benign and malignant hematology. Investigators from the Midwest region are again welcome to submit their research in exciting areas like stem cell biology and transplantation, cell/gene therapy, leukemogenesis and immunotherapy.
Since 2003, this regional meeting has been organized with the intention to create a forum where investigators and their groups can meet and share ideas and data. This meeting has been especially well attended by post-docs and students. The previous meetings have been held in Cincinnati,Columbus, Indianapolis, Louisville, and Lexington and were highly successful. In 2009, we will return to Cincinnati.
There will be two outstanding keynote speakers: Dr Jonathan Licht MD, Northwestern University, Evanston IL and Dr. Dennis Hickstein, NCI, NIH, Maryland will present their latest data on their respective research fields.
As in previous years, we are soliciting abstracts and inviting oral and poster presentations. Please download the pdf instructions for submission of abstracts. We are now accepting registration and lodging information is provided as well. Please download the registration forms and the details regarding hotel information.
