Bio
Daniel J. McLinden, EdD, is the program manager for Research, Evaluation and Measurement in the Education and Training Department at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. In this role, Dr. McLinden is responsible for foundation practices for evaluation of Cincinnati Children's education and training, establishing the education measurement and evaluation function and providing institutional leadership for education measurement.
Previously, Dr. McLinden has held senior management positions in at the Andersen Worldwide organization at the Center for Professional Development, at Accenture Education where he directed Evaluation and Performance Measurement and at the Franklin Covey center for Return On Investment Evaluation where he was Director of Consulting.
Dr. McLinden's work has involved designing strategic measurement systems, evaluating the value of investments in human capital, and evaluating the outcomes of programs. Dr. McLinden's most notable work has involved implementing asynchronous collaborative processes to conceptualize and visualize the intended outcomes of programs and policies.
