Tim Cripe, MD, PhD - Principal Investigator

About Tim Cripe

Dr. Cripe is a member of the Division of Hematology/Oncology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. He is also director of the comprehensive Musculoskeletal Tumor Clinic, co-director of the Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Training Program, faculty advisor for the Tumor Board, and director of the Translational Research Trials Office. The office provides administrative support for investigator-initiated early phase clinical trials, particularly those requiring an Investigational New Drug application.

Mark Currier

Mark Currier – Research Assistant 4

Mark conducts lab experiments as well as serving as lab manager. He has a strong background in cancer research, working both in the wet lab and managing clinical trials. Mark's main interests are in the development of novel therapies to replace traditional chemotherapeutic approaches.

Yoni Mahller

Yoni Mahller – MD/PhD Student

Yoni is a MD/PhD student enrolled in the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine. He is currently pursuing his PhD in the graduate program of Molecular and Developmental Biology. Yoni's research involves the generation of novel oncolytic viruses to treat pediatric cancer.

Michelle Sudheimer – Research Assistant 1

Michelle is an undergraduate student gaining her first research experience in the Cripe Lab. She is a junior at Xavier University and aspires to become a physician specializing in sports medicine.

Greg Stroup

Greg is a Research Assistant IV and conducts many of the mouse and virus studies.
