Overview

We are a small and happy group studying cytokine (i.e. interleukin-2) receptor signaling in human T cells, and we are especially focussing on the role of lipid rafts, specialized areas within the cell membrane, in this process.

Learning more about these aspects of T cells is likely to improve our understanding of many immunological processes including, but not limited to, transplant rejection, a clinical problem we are frequently facing.
