Educational Activities

The summer musculoskeletal outcomes research fellowship was established in June 1998.

The Division of Orthopaedics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center has been strongly involved with students in mechanical, biomedical and electrical engineering. Donita Bylski-Austrow, PhD has served as mentor for the University of Cincinnati (UC) Physician Scientist Training Program (PSTP), and serves on the doctoral dissertation committees for UC's College of Engineering. She has also taught UC biomedical engineering BME 624, Biomechanics of Human Joints. The Orthopaedic Research Lab has participated in the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Research Foundation summer undergraduate research program.
