Research
Application motivated statistics devleopment include statistical modeling of mediation or surrogacy effect, censored outcome and measurement errors, statistics evaluation of gene by environment interaction, and Bayesian methods. Areas of application are primarily in pubertal developmental research such as hormone and psychosocial behavioral linkage, and modeling/evaluation of pubertal maturational process, prevention/intervention studies such as breast cancer and STD testing, HPV vaccine research, and juvenial rhemotoid/idiopathic arthrits research.
