Bio

Leslie Ayensu-Coker, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Surgery at University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and fellowship training in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology at Texas Children's Hospital. She is a former NIH BIRCWH Scholar with a concentration in the area of reproductive genetics. As a new member of the Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology service in the Division of Adolescent Medicine, Dr. Ayensu-Coker is working closely with the hematology center in the management of bleeding disorders in young women at CCHMC. She also participates in the multidisciplinary surgical management of patients with congenital reproductive anomalies through the Center for Pediatric Pelvic and Genitourinary Reconstruction and the Colorectal Center for Children at Cincinnati Children’s.
