Prevalence of Depression and Anxiety in patients with cystic fibrosis and their caregivers: An International Study

The aim of the current study is to systematically assess the prevalence of depressive and anxious symptoms in patients with CF and parent caregivers. The study will also examine associations between self-reported psychological symptoms and demographic variables, such as age, gender, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, medical outcomes such as lung function, BMI, and weight and height percentiles, and hospitalizations.  Co-Investigators: Kimberly Driscoll, PhD, Karen Montag-Leifling, MSW, and James Acton, MD.
