Bruce Aronow, PhD

Professor
Dr. Aronow received his BS in chemistry from Stanford University in 1976, and earned is PhD in biochemistry at the University of Kentucky in 1986. He joined the Research Foundation in 1986 as a research fellow in the Division of Basic Science Research.
Dr. Aronow has received numerous commendations and service awards for his work in basic science research.(513)636-4865

Eric Bardes, BSc

Senior Systems Analyst
Eric earned his BSc in Computer Science from Georgetown College in 1990 and worked for several companies either as an employee or contractor. His work in the lab includes development and support of in-house developed bioinformatic applications. He is also working toward development of a microbial gene knowledgebase and analysis portal.

Anil Jegga, DVM, MRes

Assistant Professor
Dr. Jegga earned a bachelor’s degree in veterinary science and animal husbandry, and a DVM with a concentration in surgery, from the College of Veterinary Science in Hyderabad, India. In 2000, he received his MRes in bioinformatics from the University of York.
Dr. Jegga plays a key role in several research collaborations at Cincinnati Children's.

Scott Tabar

Senior Systems Analyst
Scott is a senior systems analyst and his primary responsibilities include development and maintenance of GATACA, a disease-centered knowledgebase. He is also working toward development of a microbial gene knowledgebase and analysis portal.
