Software Tools
- Encryption Broker – a tool that anonymizes and disambiguates clinical text without corrupting its meaning
- Christine – a tool for personalized medicine drug selection
- Christine Expert Opinion System – a tool for gathering expert opinions about personalized medicine drug selection
- Graphs of Consistent Concepts – a spreading activation graph system
- Radiology Negation System – an NLP system used for obtaining consensus on radiology negation data
- UMLS Visualizer – a tool that allows researchers to graphically see UMLS relationships
Data Tools
- Pediatric Corpus – a collection of 600,000 words of HIPAA-anonymized clinical data approved for release by the Institutional Review Board of Cincinnati Children's
- Shared Task 2007 – a collection of clinical free text from radiology dictations
- Shared Task 2010 – a collection of approximately 1,000 suicide notes
