    Software Tools

    1. Encryption Broker – a tool that anonymizes and disambiguates clinical text without corrupting its meaning
    2. Christine – a tool for personalized medicine drug selection
    3. Christine Expert Opinion System – a tool for gathering expert opinions about personalized medicine drug selection
    4. Graphs of Consistent Concepts – a spreading activation graph system
    5. Radiology Negation System – an NLP system used for obtaining consensus on radiology negation data
    6. UMLS Visualizer – a tool that allows researchers to graphically see UMLS relationships

    Data Tools

    1. Pediatric Corpus – a collection of 600,000 words of HIPAA-anonymized clinical data approved for release by the Institutional Review Board of Cincinnati Children's
    2. Shared Task 2007 – a collection of clinical free text from radiology dictations
    3. Shared Task 2010 – a collection of approximately 1,000 suicide notes
