Gene and Protein Expression Core

The objective of this core is to provide Digestive Health Center (DHC) investigators state-of-the-art technologies for gene and protein expression.  The services provided by the Core are grouped into three types of technologies:

1. Microarray (Gene Expression Microarray Core)
2. Gene Sequencing (Genetic Variation and Gene Discovery Core)
3. Protein Expression-Research Flow Cytometry Core
4. Protein Multiplexing-Luminex Assay
