Social Events

Our laboratory typically has two outings a year to let off steam and build team spirit. A mainstay outing is our annual canoe trip down the Whitewater River in nearby Indiana. The seven-mile canoe excursion down river has many stopping places for swimming, rope swings and wildlife viewing. We have also taken day trips to Keeneland in Lexington, KY, to bet at the horse track and have gone on an occasional paintball outing for a more intense team-building experience.
