    Research Fellow
    PhD, University of Michigan, 2005
I examine the role of c-Met (a receptor for HGF) on mouse embryo placentation and decidualization; characterization of mouse uterine epithelial-stromal co-culture related to hormonal regulated cell proliferation, and the role of Sik-SP on estrogen-regulated cell proliferation.

    Professor
PhD, Biochemistry, University of Calcutta, India, 1988
For almost two decades, my research has primarily been focused on defining the molecular basis of uterine growth and differentiation during early pregnancy, with special emphasis on the signaling mechanisms of estrogen and progesterone receptors, growth factors, cell-cycle regulators, and non-genomic estrogenic functions without involving classical estrogen receptors.
