- MFLM cell lines (MFLM are transformed endothelial-like cell lines isolated from mouse fetal lung mesenchyme. Both MFLM-4 and MFLM-91U have characteristics of endothelial cells including expression of PECAM, VEGF receptors 1 and 2, tie1, tie2, CD34 and ACE. When grown on Matrigel, MFLM-91U form capillary-like tubules while MFLM-4 form vasculogenic clusters)
