Impact factors* -- ISI's Journal Citation Reports is available through the University of Cincinnati for UC and CCHMC faculty, staff and students.
Refworks* -- web-based bibliographic management system stores citation information and works with word processing to create bibliographies for manuscripts (first-time users need to sign up for an individual account following the screen prompts)
EndNote* -- bibliographic management software similar to Refworks but available for installation on individual workstations at CCHMC
