Adrienne Frazier

Elizabeth Hente graduated from the University of Dayton in May 2007 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology. She joined Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in January 2008 as a research coordinator for Dr. Hommel's research on understanding and improving treatment regimen adherence in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), which includes two current studies. She is also involved in his research focusing on adherence to low magnitude mechanical stimuli and bone accretion in Crohn's disease, and adherence to fatty acid supplementation in cystic fibrosis.
Elizabeth's main responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and retention of study participants, performing clinical research duties according to established protocol, data collection, data management, supervision of databases, preliminary data analyses, and literature reviews. In the future, Elizabeth aspires to grow at Cincinnati Children's and learn from the fields of Pediatric and Clinical Health Psychology. She plans to work towards a Masters degree at the University of Cincinnati.
Adrienne Frazier
Adrienne Frazier is a 2008 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology. She joined the Adherence Center in March, 2009 as a research assistant for Dr. Ahna Pai and Dr. Kevin Hommel.
In Dr. Hommel’s lab, she is responsible for participant recruitment and retention, data collection and management, and other miscellaneous lab duties. Adrienne is currently in charge of recruiting healthy controls for the EGID study, and is also recruiting and collecting data for the PACCT and IMACC studies.
Adrienne plans to use her experiences in the Adherence Center to build on her knowledge of pediatric research and clinical care. She hopes to use the skills and knowledge garnered at CCHMC as the basis for future graduate studies.
