The objective of this core is to assist DHC investigators in the generation and use of genetic, genomic, and proteomic data for their ongoing and planned research initiatives. Faculty and staff from the Bioinformatics core will participate at many levels in planning, exploring, and converting DHC investigators' data into meaningful information and hypotheses by the use of appropriate genetic and statistical analyses and computational tools.
To obtain support from the Bioinformatics Staff you will need to download and fill out the Bioinformatics Experimental Design Form (in Excel format). Send the form as an attachment to Huan Xu huan.xu@cchmc.org.
