Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and Cincinnati Children's Research Foundation are dedicated to conducting research that improves the quality of pediatric and adult care in the community, the nation and the world.
Almost daily, research discovers new information about medical conditions and possible therapies. Cincinnati Children's involvement in research trials is crucial to understanding diseases and developing new ways to understand, prevent or treat health problems. At any one time, researchers at Cincinnati Children's are conducting numerous clinical trials, and many need volunteers to participate in their studies.
This section contains a partial list of studies that are currently recruiting children and adults for participation. Each summary contains a brief description of the project, enrollment criteria, possible risks, and potential benefits. Full details about a study are available from the study coordinator and will be provided to you and/or your child prior to enrolling in a study.
