  • 27th Annual International Advanced ACHD Symposium

    Join us September 14-16, 2017 in Cincinnati for the 27th Annual International Advanced ACHD Symposium.

    The 2017 symposium will be a comprehensive, state-of-the-art event for physicians and nurse practitioners with an established interest in adult congenital heart disease. The educational program will consist of a rich mixture of topic-oriented and case-based learning.

    Themes and topics will include:

    • Perioperative and critical care management in ACHD
    • Cardiac catheterization, including congenital and other structural interventions
    • Exercise physiology, pathology and rehabilitation
    • Electrophysiology: Consensus guidelines for clinical management
    • Pregnancy and heart disease
    • Transitional medicine in CHD: concepts and practices


    The 27th Annual International Symposium on Congenital Heart Disease in the Adult is presented by the AACHD Program at the Heart Institute at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

    Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

    This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™
