    Scenario Development

At the Center for Simulation and Research, our years of simulation experience and collaboration with content experts allow us to help you create simulation scenarios for any circumstance.

Scenarios can be developed for any age range such as infants, toddlers, children, adolescents and adults. Our teams have experience with Operating Room, Cardiac Intensive Care, Emergency Department medical and trauma resuscitation, First Responders, Hematology / Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation and general medical surgical units to name a few. Each scenario focuses on technical skill and proficiency, as well as the teamwork and communication necessary for multidisciplinary teams to function cohesively and safely.

Whether your target audience is nursing students, seasoned ICU teams, first responders or operating room teams, we can work with you to create realistic scenarios that incorporate both technical and non-technical proficiencies.

As the first pediatric simulation center and with over 10 years of experience in pediatric and adult simulation, we are well prepared to assist you in building your simulation center, integrating simulation into your existing curriculum, or designing new courses.  We specialize in improving patient safety through multidisciplinary simulations that focus not only on technical skill proficiency but also on improved teamwork and communication.
