Endocrinologists see many children with concerns related to poor growth and will evaluate, diagnose and manage care for these children. Conditions seen in our specialty area include:
- Growth hormone deficiency
- Growth failure
- Idiopathic short stature
- Children with history of Small for gestational age with poor catch-up growth
- Turner syndrome
Evaluations include detailed review of past growth records and patient / family history, specialized lab tests and radiologic evaluations.
