Patient / Family Advocates
Our patient / family advocates are a link between you and the hospital staff. If you have a concern or a complaint related to an experience you or a family member had during your visit to Cincinnati Children's, a patient / family advocate can help. Guest Services
Guest Services assists families from out-of-town before and during your visit. We can help you address some of the many complex details of arranging a visit to Cincinnati Children's and provide resources during your stay.
Interpreter Services
Cincinnati Children's cares for children from all over the world. Our interpreters provide services to the medical center's Spanish-speaking patients and their families. Medical interpreters are also available in other languages.
Family Resource Center
The Family Resource Center offers patients, families and staff a place to relax, read, access the internet, conduct personal business, obtain information about childhood conditions and more.
