Fetal Care Center of Cincinnati

  • Fetal Care Center of Cincinnati
  • Fetal and Maternal Research

Research drives new and innovative methods for treating fetal abnormalities and maternal health conditions associated with high-risk pregnancies. It leads to new procedures, improved health outcomes and new hope for mothers and babies facing high-risk pregnancy.

We are dedicated to the development of future cellular and molecular fetal therapies. The Center for Molecular Fetal Therapy, part of the Cincinnati Children’s Research Foundation, is the basic science research area for the Fetal Care Center. Our researchers are exploring the use of gene therapy for  untreatable conditions such as cystic fibrosis and placental insufficiency.

We are proud to be part of Cincinnati Children’s, which is ranked second among all pediatric centers receiving funding from the National Institutes of Health.

For more information on our groundbreaking research, contact the Center for Molecular Fetal Therapy at 513-803-2219.
