For appointments, referrals and general information about the Headache Center at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, contact the Division of Neurology, 513-636-4222 or email@example.com. Fax: 513-636-3980.
The Young Adult Headache Program (ages 15-26) is located at Cincinnati Children's Liberty Campus with appointments on Thursdays only.
Office hours are 8 am-4 pm Monday through Friday. Calls after 4 pm will be taken by the answering services.
If you have problems, questions or concerns between appointments, contact us at 513-636-4222. You will be transferred to the voice mail of the nurse or nurse practitioner to leave a message.
If you cannot keep your appointment, call the scheduling desk, 513-636-4222, option 1. This will open up an appointment for another child. However, this may mean that your child will be seen at the next available appointment.
For the initial evaluation, cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered a no show appointment and will require a new referral before another appointment can be made. For follow-up appointments if you have to miss an appointment and have an urgent need, please contact the Headache Center nurses.
The scheduling desk is available 9 am-4 pm Monday through Friday.
To reach the doctor in an emergency after office hours or on weekends and holidays, call the office. The answering service will page the neurologist on call.
Please do not use the emergency number for getting test or lab results or for medicine refills. We are happy to help you during our regular office hours.
