Cardiovascular Diseases Genetic Testing Program
The Molecular Genetics Laboratory at Cincinnati Children’s is proud to offer genetic testing services for heritable cardiovascular disease. Testing is available for connective tissue disorders, aortopathy, cardiomyopathy, cardiac arrhythmia, congenital heart disease and neuromuscular disease, and genetic syndromes including Barth syndrome, Holt-Oram syndrome, Marfan syndrome, heterotaxy syndrome, Noonan syndrome and long QT syndrome.
The Molecular Genetics Laboratory incorporates extensive clinical expertise from our clinical collaborators, who are recognized leaders in cardiovascular disorders, to provide comprehensive testing and expert interpretation of results.
