  • Adoption Book Catalog: Tapestry Books offers information on more than 300 books on adoption, infertility and parenting challenges.

  • Rainbow Kids, an online magazine for parents of internationally adopted children, features stories, process updates and information on adopting children from all over the world.

The International Adoption Center suggests the following programs for families or prospective parents.

  • Supporting Adoptive Families Effectively (SAFE) − Sponsored by Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley, Dayton, OH, SAFE is a program designed to treat children and to educate and help families parenting children who suffer from reactive attachment disorder.   • Elementary Chinese − The University of Cincinnati (UC) offers courses in elementary Chinese in addition to Spanish, Russian, and English. For more information, call the University of Cincinnati Foreign Language Department at 513-745-5645.
