Inpatients
To schedule an appointment with the Integrative Care Department, call 513-636-2463. Parents may request therapeutic massage, music therapy or healing touch. Massage therapy may include craniosacral therapy or lymphatic drainage therapy. Parents are welcome to discuss the available options for their child with our integrative care staff. These therapies also may be recommended by nurses, physicians, chaplains, child life specialists or other caregivers. Parents are always fully informed and must give their specific consent.
There is no charge for therapeutic massage, music therapy or healing touch for inpatients.
Outpatients
At the outpatient Integrative Care Clinic, biofeedback, massage therapy and yoga instruction are available on a fee-for-service basis and paid for at the time of the service. Sessions are open to all Cincinnati Children's patients, their families and staff. A physician’s referral is required. Call 513-803-1990 or email us at icclinic@cchmc.org to make an appointment.
