We began our journey in 1993 with one data analyst, a couple of part-time faculty interested in improvement, and a conviction that we had to fundamentally change the way we delivered care.
Over the years, our infrastructure has expanded as the principles of change management and improvement science took root across the organization and the need for our expertise and support grew. Key for us has been the hiring of skilled professionals from varied backgrounds who bring the best practices of other organizations and industries to the field of healthcare.
