Appointments

Families are welcome to contact the Liver Transplant Center with or without a physician referral. Our care team can reach out to your child’s doctor for information about your child’s medical history, past test results and previous treatment.

For general questions, families can email us at liver-transplant@cchmc.org or fill out our online form. To speak to our Patient Coordinator for any reason, including calls to let our staff know if you are running late for your appointment, please call us.

Physician Referrals

At the Liver Transplant Center, we welcome the opportunity to partner with physicians to provide extraordinary care for their patients. For emergency referrals, inpatient transfers or other urgent patient needs, call Physician Priority Link® at 1-888-636-7997 and ask for the pediatric liver transplant attending physician on call.
