• Craniosacral Therapy

    Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle manual therapy. It can be used on tight or restricted connective tissue called fascia. The craniosacral system includes fascia and fluid that surround the brain and spinal cord. Trauma or injury can cause the fascia to tighten and become restricted. CST gently releases the fascia to improve mobility and fluid flow. It can affect both physical and emotional health, and help the body’s own natural healing response.
