    Cerebral Palsy Clinic

    • PT participates in interdisciplinary assessment and treatment of children with cerebral palsy. The clinic provides quality care and support to children and their families living with cerebral palsy.

    • The clinic is held Thursday afternoons.  
     

    Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) Center

    • OT and PT participate in a comprehensive program that brings patients and families together with highly skilled specialists who have expertise and experience with the multiple aspects of EB.

    Feeding Team
    • Main Campus
     
    • OT participates on this multidisciplinary team that treats patients with feeding difficulties from infants to adolescents.
     
    • A physician, therapist or family member may refer to the Feeding Team.
    • To make an appointment, refer, or for more information, call 513-636-2828.
    • If a family contacts the team directly, the team will contact the child’s physician to confirm the referral and to obtain additional clinical information. 
     
    Hemophilia Center Comprehensive Care Clinic
    • Main Campus (multi-practice center)
     
    • PT participates on this team providing extensive diagnostic services and ongoing medical care and therapy needs for patients with hemophilia. 
     
    • The Hemophilia Center at CCHMC accepts referrals from families and physicians.

    High Risk Infant Follow-Up Clinic
    • Main Campus (multi-practice center)
     
    • OT provides comprehensive ongoing services to high risk infants as part of an interdisciplinary team.
    • The High-Risk Infant Follow-up Clinic staff evaluates and manages high-risk infants for developmental concerns, supplemental oxygen therapy and complex management problems following discharge from intensive care nurseries. 
     
    • The High-Risk Infant Follow-Up Clinic is open for appointments on the following days:
      • Tuesdays, Noon to 4 pm
      • Thursdays, 1 pm to 5 pm

    International Adoption Center (IAC)

    • OT is part of this center that provides specific help for internationally adopted children and their families.
    • Staff is knowledgeable about the unique medical and social conditions of children from other countries, is skilled in managing infectious diseases, and understands the developmental and psychological impact of institutionalization and sensory deprivation.

    Limb Reconstruction Center

    • PT participates on a multidisciplinary team that provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of limb deformities (bone or joint deformities) and limb deficiencies (i.e. arm or leg length differences) in children of all ages.
    • Children may be referred for OT or PT follow up.

    Pain Management Clinic

    • PT is part of a multidisciplinary team that manages the care of children and young adults with a variety of long-term painful conditions, including recurrent abdominal pain, headache, extremity pain, chest pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.

    Craniofacial Center Plagiocephaly Clinic
    • Main Campus (multi-practice center)
     
    • PT participates on a multidisciplinary team with the main objective to treat patients with plagiocephaly (malformation of the head) in a timely manner. 
     
    • Craniofacial Center clinic hours: 1st and sometimes 2nd Friday of the month, from 8:00 a.m. to noon. There are also several afternoon clinics offered.
