Sleep Medicine Fellowship
The Sleep Medicine Fellowship is a combined program among Cincinnati Children’s, the University of Cincinnati and the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. The program is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). The fellowship training is designed to provide excellent clinical and research training in sleep medicine and to lay a foundation for sleep physicians who want to pursue a career in academic medicine.
Clinical Trials / Research Studies
The Sleep Center at Cincinnati Children’s is involved in several clinical trials, including:
- Sleep apnea studies for children 5-13 years old with enlarged tonsils: VF (vascular function during sleep)
- Sleep apnea study for children 5-9 with enlarged tonsils: CHAT (Children’s adenotonsillectomy study)
- Bariatric surgery
