• Runner's Clinic

    The Runner’s Clinic consists of a complete biomechanical examination to better diagnose any underlying impairment that may be contributing to pain while running. Our comprehensive examination includes a 2D video analysis of running form. We provide a detailed approach to correcting any biomechanical flaws so your young athlete can quickly return to running. Our team consists of orthopaedic and sports medicine physicians as well as physical therapists with years of experience in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of running injuries in pediatric and adolescent/young adult athletes.

    How will I benefit from getting care at the Runner’s Clinic?

    At the Runner’s Clinic, you will receive:

    • CD or other digital record of your performance, with detailed notes
    • Stretches, exercises and drills to perform at home
    • Sports physical therapy care for injury treatment
    • Gait retraining tips
    • Shoe analysis, with orthotic recommendations and/or fittings as needed
