    Leadership Book Club

    The WFA has a Leadership Book Club, in which books on leadership, negotiating, mentoring and other related topics are discussed. Meetings will be held  about every other month.  If you are interested in presenting, please send an email to the current WFA president (Melinda Butsch Kovacic).

  • Special Guest Grand Rounds and Membership Luncheon

    Please join us on Tuesday, June 18th 2013 to hear about exciting research developments and crucial components of mentorship. Dr. Alexandra Quittner will visit us in Cincinnati to share her latest findings from psychology research in cystic fibrosis at a special WFA Grand Rounds presentation (8:00-9:00 a.m.). From 12-1 p.m., she will share her insights and success as a mentor at a special WFA Luncheon. She is Professor of Psychology, Pediatrics & Otolaryngology, Child Division Director, Provost Scholar and Cooper Fellow of the University of Miami.     WFA Walking Club

    To encourage informal interactions between Cincinnati Children’s professionals as well as encourage a health-conscious lifestyle, the WFA will be hosting a walking club.  We anticipate that this walking club will occur during the lunch hour.  Keep  watch for more information.
