The Perlman Center offers ongoing training opportunities in applications of assistive technology for children with physical disabilities and chronic physical conditions, including:
- Overview of assistive technology
- Adapted computer peripherals and software
- Augmentative communication device and software training including, Dynavox, Liberator, Synergy Mac with Speaking Dynamically
- Adapted software applications including Click-It, Overlay Maker, IntelliPics, Boardmaker, Ke:nx, Kid Pix Studio
- Integration of assistive technology into the classroom
- Power mobility
