Description
The Perlman Center offers the only services coordination just for families with chronic physical conditions and physical disabilities. Having extensive interactions with many community resources and other service providers, Perlman Center's service coordination is a valuable resource to families who need help finding their way through the maze of resources and supports available to them in the community and beyond.
Families with school age children can contact the Perlman Center to request assistance in any area pertaining to their child's needs. The Perlman Center's service coordinator works with families to help them attain the skills that they will need to be advocates for their children.
Perlman service coordination is helpful to community providers serving children with chronic physical conditions and physical disabilities, especially school personnel.
