Beyond Nutrition Counseling: Reframing the Battle Against Obesity is an award-winning video developed by Robert C. Whitaker, MD, MPH, formerly of the Division of General and Community Pediatrics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, along with Leigh Ann Chamberlin, RD, MEd, and Scott W. Powers, PhD, Division of Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology at Cincinnati Children's, and consultant Susan Sherman, DPA, of SNS Research.
This video was developed through a research collaboration between Cincinnati Children's and the Kentucky WIC Program with federal funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Service as part of the Fit WIC Project.
