Bio
Avani C. Modi, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. She completed her doctoral work at the University of Florida and completed a T32 fellowship by NIH / NIDDK in Child Behavior and Nutrition at Cincinnati Children's. Her research interests include the measurement of health-related quality of life and adherence to medical regimens for children with chronic illnesses, including cystic fibrosis, obesity, asthma and epilepsy.
