Bio
Dr. Myers is a clinical child/pediatric psychologist with specialized training and/or experience in several areas. Trained in pediatric psychology, he is versed in the treatment of psychological aspects of acute and chronic illness and in the assessment of developmental disabilities. He has extensive experience in psychological evaluation, from diagnosis of learning problems and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) to in-depth assessment of personality, social and emotional difficulties.
A former consultant to a local juvenile court for several years, Dr. Myers specializes in assessment and treatment of oppositional-defiant and conduct problems. His areas of specific interest include: autistic spectrum disorders, antisocial behaviors, child and adolescent sexual behavior problems, adolescent issues, and child play therapy.
