The multidisciplinary Fanconi anemia team at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is led by Stella M. Davies, MBBS, PhD, MRCP, and Richard E. Harris, MD. They work closely with Franklin O. Smith III, MD, and Parinda Mehta, MD, to treat patients with Fanconi anemia.
Dr. Davies, one of the world's foremost experts on Fanconi anemia, is Director of the Division of Bone Marrow Transplantation and Immune Deficiency.
Dr. Harris is the founder of the Bone Marrow Transplantation Program at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and internationally recognized for performing blood and marrow transplants in children with Fanconi anemia.
These physicians have extensive experience in Fanconi anemia patient care and research, and collaborate with physicians in many other specialty areas at Cincinnati Children's to provide comprehensive care.
